After discussing the countermeasures with Xia Mingwei, Qiao Jing felt as if she had suddenly found her pillar of support, and her originally panicked heart calmed down a lot.
Their plan was to start with those who spread rumors online. They wanted to make these people understand that even arbitrarily attacking and defaming others online comes with consequences!
"Do you have money?"
Xia Mingwei's sudden question caught Qiao Jing completely off guard.
She stammered as she replied, "I'm... I guess I'm fairly well-off! My family dotes on me and is quite generous with money. Although my daily expenses are high, I still have a lot left over!"
"If we have money, this will be much easier! Qiao Jing, you must remember this: there is no problem in this world that money can't solve. If it can't be solved, it's because we don't have enough money. Just get some more money and it will be solved!" Xia Mingwei said, smiling as she patted Qiao Jing's shoulder.

Hearing such childish words, Xia Mingwei recalled the plot of a brainless TV drama from her past life. Whenever the female lead was harassed by thugs, this kind of dialogue would appear. Xia Mingwei twitched her lips, her mind racing with thoughts of "Which idiot family failed to keep an eye on him again?! Good heavens! Let's get a mental hospital and take him in!"

Xia Mingwei shielded Qiao Jing behind her, leaned close to her ear, and whispered, "How was your run?"

Hearing this, Xia Mingwei no longer had any concerns. She shrugged, moved her arms, and just when everyone thought she was about to throw a punch, she kicked.
Xia Mingwei caught the man off guard, delivering a swift and unexpected kick that struck his groin.
In an instant, the man who had been so aggressive and menacing transformed into a submissive little girl. This speed was comparable to that of a transgender doctor in Thailand.
Perhaps Xia Mingwei's blow was too heavy, because the man clutched his groin and collapsed to the ground, unable to get up.
Everyone around, including Qiao Jing, was startled by this sudden turn of events. No one expected that a young girl in the prime of her life would resort to such a despicable tactic.
Before she could react, Qiao Jing's hand was already tightly gripped by Xia Mingwei, who pulled her along for a distance.
They hadn't managed to cause any trouble; instead, they'd been killed instead. This outcome infuriated the group. The man on the ground kept muttering, "Don't let them get away!"
Thanks to the painful period of dieting she had gone through, Xia Mingwei's running skills had improved considerably. They zigzagged through winding alleys, running faster and faster, quickly leaving the group behind.
After completely shaking off the group, in a corner alley, the two looked at each other, sweating profusely and panting, and burst out laughing.
Qiao Jing asked first, "How did you come up with this idea?"
"Hey! That's easy. Look at how many people there were just now. If we went head-to-head with them, that would definitely not work! If they all attacked at once, with our small arms and legs, we would probably both lose our lives today! It's better to catch them off guard and strike them unexpectedly!" As she spoke, Xia Mingwei waved her small hand again.
"I wasn't talking about surprise attacks, I meant such underhanded tactics!"

Qiao Jing's eyes lit up when she heard what she said. "Have you thought of a good idea?"

"Is this the method you mentioned?" Qiao Jing hurriedly stopped Xia Mingwei as she was about to walk inside.
