After Jiang Shuai left, the knocking on the door started again.

But she eventually turned around and looked out through the doorway.

But finding no one outside, she curiously opened the door and looked down the hallway. There was Jiang Shuai, still there, returning after taking out the trash. He said as he walked, "Oh, right, there's something else."

"What is it? Just say it!" Bai Mengfei leaned against the door frame, already showing signs of impatience.

Jiang Shuai thought for a moment and said to Bai Mengfei, "It's like this, when I came here just now, I noticed someone lurking around outside your door. I found it suspicious, so I came to tell you."
