Bullworker Wall Chart
Is the Bullworker Wall Chart
Enough
to Get You in Shape?
-----SIDEBAR-----
The Bully Xtreme is NOT a Bullworker product! Iit may look like the old Bullworker but it's a completely new and redesigned product. (Note the Bullworker patent ran out years ago!)
-----SIDEBAR-----
The Bullworker training manual was written in 1980. More specifically, it was for the Bullworker X5 model. Today it has another name ... Bullworker X5 Gold.
Even though the training manual is more than 29 years old, it along with the wall chart is still the only workout program that is included with the purchase of the product. I do not know about you but 29 years is just too long a period to not update their training system!
Some individuals may say that what worked in the past will work in the future but is that necessarily true. I do not believe so.
Having been in the bodybuilding and fitness world for more than 20 years I can honestly say that the field of exercise physiology has changed dramatically in just the last few years.
Out Dated Bullworker Training Methods
Concepts and exercise methods such as... high-intensity interval training, muscle confusion, periodization, phase training, and many others have been proven to be effective at building muscle and increasing strength.
NONE of these concepts are applied in the old Bullworker wall chart or instructional Manual.
They also don't take into consideration concepts like post isometric contraction, eccentric training and other strength building training techniques that are used by power lifters and bodybuilders today.
You may say I don'twant to be a bodybuilder or I am not a bodybuilder. Nevertheless, if you are looking to build muscle and strength that you are a bodybuilder.
Look… you can spend your time working out with your Bullworker or Bully Xtreme anyway you want but if you are looking to get the maximum results in a minimum amount of time you need to apply some of the techniques, strategies and methods that plain WORK!
How Is the Bully Xtreme Wall Chart
and Training Program Better
The major difference between the Bully Xtreme and Bullworker training program is that the Bully Xtreme takes into consideration all the current knowledge about bodybuilding and strength training.
The Bully Xtreme program utilizes not only isometrics/static contraction but also incorporates isotonics as part of its training routine.
We believe as Bruce Lee did, that isometrics are powerful at building strength but unfortunately do nothing to shape and build muscle size. There is nothing new about isometrics, power lifters for years have been using partial reps as a means of increasing their strength in their particular lifts.
Static strength is used in many different sports such as a football lineman pushing against his opponent. In jujitsu as in judo, many times you need to utilize static strength. Attempting to choke someone requires static strength. That's static strength!
The last repetition in a barbell curl is mostly all static strength!
The difference between the Bully Xtreme training program and the Bullworker is night and day. We incorporate high-intensity interval training, muscle confusion, muscle stacking, phase training, periodization, as well as provide you with the latest information on nutrition.
To me that is what it's really all about!
