Within the 120 days for a return authorization number.

Then return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging, and you'll receive a full refund, less shipping and handling.

Items must be shipped no later than 2 weeks after your return authorization is given. (We are not responsible for any return shipping charges or damage that occurs during shipping. We do recommend that you insure your package.)

We do require the following information in your email to us

  1. Date of purchase
  2. Order number or order reference number
  3. Method of payment: check. money order or credit card.

Please Note The Following:

  • We recommend that you ship it back to us via United States Postal Service Signature mail.
  • Please note we are not responsible for damage due to shipping and we will refund the purchase price in 3 to 5 business days after receipt and inspection of unit.
  • Products returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be refunded. RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  • You must include a completed return form otherwise your refund will be delayed.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories included. (along with the wall chart and Bully Xtreme custom carry case.)
  • Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees. (You are responsible for the return shipping as well.)
  • Your return must be received no later than two (2) weeks after receiving your Return Authorization Number.
  • Return Authorization Number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box in black letters. Any package not bearing the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package will NOT be accepted.
  • Please allow 3 to 5business days after product is received before we process refund. This gives us time to inspect product from damage and to restock it
  • There is a $10.00 restocking fee on all returns and refunds. (EFFECTIVE April 27, 2007) No exceptions are allowed on restocking fee!
