If you're not 100% satisfied - for any reason - or no reason at all --simply return the Bully Xtreme following the directions below.

In addition, please make sure that you include the return form completely filled out.

Failure to do so may result in additional delays in processing your refund!

The product must be returned within the refund timeframe.

Return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging, and you'll receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling and restockiing fee as noted below.)

We are not responsible for any return shipping charges or damage that occurs during shipping. We do recommend that you insure your package.

Please Note The Following:

  • We recommend that you ship the product back to us via United States Postal Service Signature mail.
  • Please note we are not responsible for damage due to shipping and we will refund the purchase price in 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of unit.
  • You must include a completed return form otherwise your refund will be delayed.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories included. Along with the wall chart.
  • Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees. (You are responsible for the return shipping as well.)
  • There is a $10.00 restocking fee on all returns and refunds. (EFFECTIVE April 27, 2007) No exceptions are allowed on restocking fee!
  • VERY IMPORTANT: you must include a completed return form -- failure to do so will delay your refund.
